These were Fender's attempt to do a production-line guitar that would compete somewhat with the Andersons and Suhrs of the world - alder body, figured maple top, rear-routed, etc. The model would have come with 2 SCN noiseless single coils and a Fender humbucker it would have had the S-1 switch to give it 5 additional wiring schemes. Also these came with a dark brown tolex G&G case with a gold-colored interior. Frets have plenty of life left with no dents/unevenness. Finish is in great condition with only some very light scratches/buckle rash on the back side of the body- only noticeable in the right lighting.

Those are kind of rare birds so it's a shame that parts were swapped out - that hurts the value of the guitar a bit, but on the other hand the neck swap could be considered a bit of an upgrade because the 2011 neck has the compound radius while the original would have had a standard 9.5" radius.
